- 2/18/2026 10:45 a.m. EST: Everstream voice customers should see their services restored. If you are experiencing ongoing impacts to your service, please contact the Everstream NOC at 866-624-8624 or via our portal for assistance.We continue to experience impact to our DNS services. If you are an Internet customer experiencing issues please use public DNS servers (“name servers”), such as 8.8.8.8, instead of Everstream DNS servers until restoration is completed.
