Ken Fitzpatrick, President & CEO
Ken Fitzpatrick, President and Chief Executive Officer, is a veteran in the telecommunications and technology industry with over 30 years of leadership experience. Ken has built a reputation as a seasoned executive who can lead organizations to operational excellence, establishing strong cultures and building high-performance teams to drive profitable growth.
Before joining Everstream, Ken served as the Chief Strategy Officer at CAS Group, a Wipro company. Prior to that, Ken spent 19 years at Time Warner Cable Business Services/Spectrum Enterprise, holding positions as Senior Vice President, Regional President, and Chief Operations and Transformation Officer. Ken’s broad experience in sales, product development, operations and engineering has resulted in an outstanding record of success delivering high-value solutions for business customers.
Earlier in his career, Ken held senior leadership positions at Teligent and Metropolitan Fiber Systems.
Eric Burgess, Executive Vice President, CFO
Eric Burgess, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leading the finance organization of the company, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, financial reporting and treasury activities. Eric has served in senior financial leadership positions for more than 30 years, including nearly 20 years in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Everstream, Eric held the position of Executive Vice President & CFO at Conterra Networks. Skilled in M&A, capital acquisition and scaling revenues from private start-ups to multibillion dollar publicly traded organizations, he brings valued experience with high-growth businesses. Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a master’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mike D’Angelo, Executive Vice President, Sales
Mike D’Angelo, Executive Vice President, Sales, is responsible for expanding and leading Everstream’s enterprise, wholesale/carrier and wireless sales efforts across all markets along with handling contract negotiations and day-to-day management. With more than 25 years of experience, Mike has served in sales, marketing and leadership positions and brings a deep understanding of the telecom industry along with an exceptional track record of strategic account management, sales implementation and behavioral management. Prior to joining Everstream, Mike served as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service, with GoNetspeed, where he was responsible for leading residential and enterprise sales, product development, marketing and customer satisfaction. He also has held senior leadership roles with CenturyLink (Level 3), Zayo Networks (American Fiber Systems), and Windstream (Choice One Communications).
Chuck Girt, Chief Technology Officer
Chuck Girt, Chief Technology Officer, is responsible for the development, growth and management of Everstream network infrastructure. Having spent more than 30 years in the telecom industry, Chuck brings a deep understanding of fiber engineering, network architecture, core system maintenance and network integration. Chuck joined Everstream in 2006, known then as OneCommunity, where he held a key role in the development of the Everstream network and operating standards. Prior to joining Everstream, Chuck held various technology leadership roles with Adelphia, Northpoint DSL, Teligent and MCI. Chuck holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics, a master’s degree in Quantum Physics and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of California at Berkeley.
Lillian Kash, Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Lillian Kash, Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, is responsible for overseeing human resources, program and process management and administrative efforts across all markets. With 22 years of experience, Lillian has held various roles in human resources and brings a thorough understanding of the telecom industry along with a distinguished record of integrating human capital and business processes resulting from mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Everstream in 2016, Lillian served as Senior Human Resources Consultant with American Electric Power, where she was responsible for employee and union relations, corporate and field recruiting and leadership development and coaching. Lillian holds a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University in Management & Labor Relations and a master’s degree from Ohio State University in Labor & Human Resources.
Greg Meinczinger, Executive Vice President, Operations
Greg Meinczinger, Executive Vice President, Operations, leads Everstream’s field services and permitting organizations. Greg spent most of his nearly thirty-year career in telecom field services leading teams constructing fiber networks and installing customers. Greg joined Everstream in 2019 as Regional VP of Operations, where he played a key leadership role in the largest greenfield build year in Everstream history, with more than 10 million feet of new fiber network being constructed. Prior to joining Everstream, Greg held various operations leadership roles with CenturyLink and Level3 (now Lumen) and tw telecom, ultimately serving each organization as Director of Operations. Greg was also appointed to the Indiana 811 Board of Directors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting excavators and operators of underground utilities, where he served for ten years.
Bill Hunt, Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Bill Hunt, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, is responsible for managing and overseeing the legal department and will serve as the main attorney and primary legal advisor for Everstream. Having more than 30 years of legal experience in telecom, Bill brings a thorough understanding of the industry. Prior to joining Everstream, Bill held various positions from Senior Attorney to Senior Vice President, most notably at Bandwidth, TPx Communications, Dish Network, Level 3 Communications and MCI Telecommunications. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
