Offer valid through December 31, 2021.
Signed contract must be received by Everstream on or before December 31, 2021.
New and existing customers adding new services are eligible for contract buyout program if they are in an existing service agreement with a competitive service provider in which they are subject to early termination fees.
Everstream agrees to reimburse qualifying customer for early termination fees from a previous provider, up to an agreed upon amount, following the installation of Everstream services and receipt of invoice with early termination fees billed.
Reimbursement check issued will not exceed the agreed upon amount in service contract and will also not exceed the amount invoiced from current provider. Everstream agrees to reimburse Subscriber the Termination Costs within 30 days of the installation of the Services or 30 days of Everstream’s receipt of the verifiable cost from Subscriber, whichever is later.
Termination Costs will be treated as nonrecurring cost (“NRC”). Subscriber shall not be entitled to the Termination Costs unless it has paid Everstream all amounts due and owing at the time of payment for all Subscriber Service Orders.
