Company continues to invest in Lansing and Grand Rapids with new office, increased personnel, data center access
LANSING, Mich. – June 12, 2017 – Everstream, a superregional fiber-based network service provider, today opened its Michigan regional office in downtown Lansing’s historic Knapp’s Centre, 300 S. Washington Sq. This move further solidifies Everstream’s commitment to growing the business, adding jobs and investing in the state’s economic vitality.

Since entering the market in June 2016, Everstream has added 20 employees throughout Michigan, growing the technical, operations and sales groups to 54 total team members.
Everstream has seen this investment in personnel positively impact its bottom line, with $8 million in total contract value installed in the past 12 months.

Everstream now will occupy more than 6,000 square feet of space on the first floor of Knapp’s Centre. Notably, the Lansing Network Operations Center has expanded the company’s ability to serve its customers 24/7. Everstream plans to host an open house for current and prospective customers, employees and partners on October 4.
Everstream secures 29th data center
Everstream also has been selected as a network service provider for the Switch Grand Rapids Campus in Michigan—the largest, most-advanced data center campus in the eastern United States and east coast hub for Switch’s cloud and data center services.
This opportunity positions Everstream to provide custom-built fiber networks, internet access and VPN connectivity to enterprise businesses that house their servers and applications at The Pyramid Campus.
Switch Grand Rapids is Everstream’s largest data center to date. The company now has 14 data centers in Michigan and 15 in Ohio. Everstream’s newly remodeled Grand Rapids office, 3950 Sparks Drive SE, is 5 miles away from The Pyramid Campus at 4100 60th Street SE.
